Students will develop a Summary Evaluation Plan following the guidelines presented on page 356-357 of the FSW text. The summary can be in narrative or in table format and must include the following elements: evaluation questions, information required, design, information source, method for collecting information, description of sample, schedule and analysis procedures. The assignment should not be longer than 2 pages.
