But those upper owners, will never reach out to subcontractors individually, for instance if the CA government wants to build a freeway, they will not call 100 subcontractors, but they’re going to call 10 general contractors to bid or not, then those 10 contractors will be in touch with 100 subcontractors, which means if Adobe or Spotify or Apple want to build a new building or a skyscraper or something like that, they don’t call 100 subcontractors, they will not call Bertco at the moment. They’ll call general contractors they do know, work with, and hear about in this industry. Therefore, those 10 or 20 general contractors can reach out all of the subcontractors, make the plan all together and get the project done. Bertco will be like on list that is on your mind as a big organization as well. When they are thinking which general contractors can get the job done. The personality of being a general contractor comes with doing general contracting work that means if we start acquiring general contracting work smaller at first and then larger and larger project.
