Mrs.Judy is 64 years old female presenting with nausea, vomiting, and weakness. Recently she lost 42 lb within 2weeksMrs. Judy and her daughter have recently moved here from Montreal . she brought her here because her father is also in Toronto. And not doing well. Her daughter has noticed a decline in memory, and a memory test was done by a physician at a walking clinic. He told her that she has dementia. She has a history of depression and restless leg syndrome. They do not have many supports in Toronto. And her daughter is also looking after 2 autistic children. She is on multiple medications from Montreal.
