Self-care= preventing illness and recognizing symptoms early
Self-care= Taking an active role in maintaining and improving all dimensions of wellness
We will spend the remainder of the semester looking at various Holistic Health and Complimentary/integrative Practices to support balance and health across all 8 dimensions of wellness.
